Onsite parking, lounge areas, outdoor patio, conference/meeting rooms, high-speed internet and technology, security systems, and on-site maintenance.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

CAN I USE AN EVENT PLANNER?

No, you must use our in-house event planner.

DO YOU HAVE HIGH-SPEED WIRED AND/OR

WI-FI AVAILABLE?

Yes, the Hub at Eastlake offers fiber-optic internet for your convenience.

WHAT PARKING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We have a designated parking lot located in front of our facility. Please note that parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and demand.

ARE FEES AND DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

All deposits are non-refundable, please send an email to events@thehubateastlake.com for more information.

​IS THE USER RESPONSIBLE FOR SET-UP AND CLEAN UP?

No, we have onsite staff that will take care of the set-up and clean up.

DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING? CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN CATERING?

We don't allow outside food or beverages at The HUB.
We have a comprehensive list of approved vendors suited for any event. 

AM I ABLE TO HOST AN EVENT DURING THE WEEK?
